CONTACT SOULFUL RELATIONSHIP THERAPY

Reaching out can feel like a meaningful step. Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself, support for your relationship, or consultation as a therapist, you are welcome to begin here.

You do not need to know exactly what kind of support fits best before contacting me. We can briefly talk through what you are looking for and whether individual therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed therapy, or consultation may be the right place to begin.

How to Begin

You may use the contact form below to request a consultation or ask a question about services.

If you are reaching out for therapy, please share whether you are seeking individual therapy, couples therapy, or trauma-informed support.

If you are reaching out for therapist consultation, please share your licensure status, clinical setting, and the kind of consultation you are seeking.

I will review your message and respond thoughtfully about next steps.

Preferred way to be contacted:

Therapy Inquiries

For therapy inquiries, you are welcome to briefly share what brings you here, what you are hoping for, and whether you are seeking support for yourself or for your relationship.

For couples therapy, it is helpful to know whether both partners are aware of the inquiry and open to an initial consultation.

For individual therapy, you may share as much or as little as feels comfortable. The first message does not need to explain everything.

Consultation Inquiries

For therapist consultation inquiries, please include your licensure status, clinical setting, and what kind of support you are seeking.

This may include consultation around couple therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, relational work, attachment, trauma-informed care, culture, identity, race, belonging, or use of self in the therapy room.

Consultation is not formal licensure supervision. It is a reflective space for clinical thinking, professional growth, and deeper engagement with complex relational work.

Fees, Payment, and Out-of-Network Benefits

Soulful Relationship Therapy is primarily a private-pay practice.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your
insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your specific plan, deductible, and coverage.

For some clients, working out of network offers more flexibility to choose a therapist based on fit, specialization, and the kind of depth they are seeking in the work.

Payment, superbills, consultation fees, and questions about fit can be discussed during the
initial conversation.

Location and Availability

Soulful Relationship Therapy provides virtual therapy for clients located in Illinois and California.

Consultation for therapists may also be available virtually, depending on fit, scheduling, and the nature of the consultation request.

Availability may vary. If I am not able to offer an appointment time that fits your needs, I will let you know as clearly as possible.

A Note About Emergencies

Soulful Relationship Therapy does not provide emergency or crisis services.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

If you are in emotional crisis or need immediate support, you may call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Begin a Conversation

If you are considering therapy or consultation, you are welcome to reach out. I will respond as
